Contribuisci feedbackEveryone needs to be fired, shut down and start over. About a month ago, I ordered Cajun fried chicken and the cookies were hard, and I had to wait 15 minutes. I decided to give it another try today and ordered a chicken club sandwich. When I opened it up, all I found was chicken, a slice of tomato, and mayonnaise. The bacon, lettuce, and cheese were missing.
The employees, all four of them, were laughing and ignoring us as we waited 12 minutes for our fries. I would have been more understanding if they had communicated with us. I must say, we won't be returning.
The restaurant needs to hire staff who are willing to do their job. We arrived at 8:30 p.m. and they had already closed off the seating area (an hour and a half before closing time) while we waited for someone to take our order. When the server finally approached us, she did not seem pleased. When we got home, we realized that instead of receiving two upper legs and one breast, our three-piece dinner only had two legs and one upper leg. I don't frequent this restaurant often and most likely will not be returning anytime soon.
Went for dinner ordered by the drive thru was asked to wait for my food, then she forgot my food manager refunded my money made my meal and added 6 boberry cookies to make it right the way it was treated
Food taste is awesome and easy drive-thru to get food on the go!
