Chipotle Mexican Grill - Chester

Never a good sign when you do not have cheese or guacamole any Mexican fast food establishment. Chipotle has went downhill ever since it started.

So tonight grub hub sent me to pick up a customer order at 10:30pm on feb 8th because they show the restaurant as open...the employees were there cleaning but they refused to open/unlock the door and hand me the order they instead hand signaled to me across the store they close at 10pm which i could see was sitting on a table in the restaurant like the employees were stealing it and taking it home....i had to cancel the order and report the store to grubhub....I hope the manager fires these employees for stealing the food order and being rude to customers. i have photo proof if thd manager wants to see it just drop me your email.

They don't make the food as ordered. Always something

Time and time again this place disappoints. After enough terrible experiences, it was time for a review. To start, they are always out of ingredients no matter the time of day. Today it was lettuce, chicken and vegetables…half my order. The rice is grossly undercooked and might even be crunchier than the chips. The sour cream is basically water. I’ve given this location enough second chances but I can’t justify it anymore. It’s a shame there aren’t any other locations nearby cuz this place STINKS. Management should be ashamed. Would give 0 stars if I could.

Reviews aren't lying, the problem seems to be the management and understaffing. Constantly runs out of ingredients, they give you a problem if you want to use your rewards in the app, skimps on food quantity, all at an outrageous price to begin with. Staff is disgruntled but probably not their fault that nobody wants to work here honestly.Oh and they are so, so, incredibly rude at this location. Asking for something on the side in a cup gets me a ton of eye rolls, sighs, and blank stares. It might be a miserable job but it's really, REALLY easy to put guac into a plastic cup. They're overly dramatic about something so miniscule when they are literally choosing this job.
