Fortuna In W - Chester

I ordered an oat milk shaken espresso. After waiting in line for a long time, I was called over to the cashier only to wait while two coworkers finished their conversation about a third coworker. I was charged $9.50 for a grande size and asked why. The girl said she would give me a receipt after I paid so I could see why. Turns out she charged me for the oat milk, syrup, and espresso shots. My drink tasted terrible, like a gross drip coffee with some classic syrup (see attached picture). I also had to listen to gossip while waiting for my coffee, which took forever to get. This place is not up to Starbucks quality or taste, so beware.

The restaurant had very impolite staff and provided terrible customer service. Our order was lost and we had to wait for 20 minutes. When we inquired about our order, the employees were even more rude and the manager's response was apathetic.
