I love Just Pizza! The staff is great whether youre interacting with the over the phone or in person. Although im a cheese girl, I've gotten quite a few of my Crozer coworkers hooked on the BBQ Chicken pizza There aren't many pizzas I'll cross state lines for, but for a small, cheese pizza from Just, I'll gladly come over the bridge! I recently ordered two medium cheese and pepperoni pizzas from this restaurant, and my experience was very disappointing. I spoke with the owners on the phone, and they were quite rude and disrespectful. I explained my concerns, but I was put on hold at least four times. When I finally stated my issue, they told me there was nothing they could do. One of the guys slightly apologized but then made a sarcastic comment about coming to my house to take my leftover food. The woman I spoke to was unfriendly, and the other guy was also disrespectful and didn't seem to know how to communicate appropriately. My family and I will not be ordering from them again, especially considering they just opened. They really need to improve their customer service.

So I called in for a order of half veg/cheese and all I have to say is thanks to Ken and all of and all of worker 's of just pizzalword.customer service was excellent I wasn 't expecting that son her words was so clear and her manners was on point.this is the best pizza joint in chester it reminded of pizza from Bk word.and you haven 't drank one of the best sodas yet you better order one and that 's my word it 's called the KEN 'S JUST PIZZA PINEAPPLE SODA WORD TO GOD ITS A BANGER KID.they have many different varieties so get one with your meal.mad love to the customer service telephone rep I don 't have to say her name she know who she is.5 's across the board peace.
