Contribuisci feedbackThe service here is really slow you will sit in the drive thru line for about 30 minutes or more even if you do an online order the food is ok for the price but the service needs to be better I do not recommend.
This location is always the pits. They are slow, always out of things, and can’t get the order correct. I asked for 15 hot sauce packets and received no sauce at all this time. Last time I asked for hot sauce and they gave me mild and fuego. Went there one time and they said they had no meat. No beef. No chicken. Like what?
Today was the second time I went there and they told me they were closed. I went at 9:30am and they told me that they wouldn't open till 10am. IThey are unreliable and very rude. Don't go there! They need better management!!!
I don't know if there's robots working there but I ordered $85 worth of food and my food was done in like 4 minutes I thought no way something is gonna be wrong. Nope everything was perfect this was Friday night at around 7pm.
An breakfast crunchwrap ordered. somehow they heard burrito instead. it wasn't until I sat home when I realized it wasn't what I ordered. I'm going back to complain and they said they can't give me the breakfast crunchwrap I wanted because they don't serve the breakfast anymore. it was 7 minutes after 10:30 they reimbursed the burrito and were regrettable, but that was it. this burrito is also very sad looking. it was not busy at all, so it is about showing how little they care. I have here in the past a good customer service regarding errors that made the personal so that this desire was very disappointing. I was wasting time to have breakfast somewhere else.
