Contribuisci feedbackUnfortunately, the people who work there seem to never be happy. I know we can't always be happy, but if they have customer service, their face is the first face that the customer sees. the service could have been much better, but I guess it's what it is.
8-1-22 this situation seemed to be really slow during our afternoon visit at 19 o'clock. No one was there when we arrived, but it was a Monday. the waitress/witter was nice and seemed new. the chef was also beautiful and also seemed new. we ordered for 3 adult (basic eggs, oash brews and waffeln for all except I have a patty melt) and a 5 year old. our order was delivered by 3 people, the cook, the waitress and a waiter. our order came in the expected time (about 15 min) for the only person within. my hash brown order double and all-the-way was wrong (rugged regularly and simple) so she offered to wait again (additionally 15 min) and they came back without heavy and seemed like a 1.5x order not a double order. Anyway, I didn't ask about it, but there was a Covid statement on the menu about food availability. the rest of the food was of the expected quality and exact. the tee was also fresh! this situation was clean (expected because they were the only diner in the evening). this place only offers plastic items. the waitress could have looked more often than we all had to run out of the drink and ask for fillings and to-go boxes/drinks.
The server and the cook were very professional at work. I was asked to leave the waffelhaus on chester just because I wanted to eat my food on the counter. the black girl cooking in the waffelhaus on chester rd should be fired, she has no business that serves the public in any form or form. After I was asked to leave, I went to the iron bridge rd next to the wawa. there I could actually eat on the counter. the chef and the server must be praised for the professionalism they showed me and my son and my burger was great. my son also liked to eat. I hope something will be made over the chef on chester. change. thank you.
In the morning I feel for waitresses that have to get up and go to work to deal with the moods of customers. However this morning a friend and I stopped in for breakfast. The first thing the waitress said was to start complaining about how tired she was. I ask her hours and she said 7 -2. She lived very close and even said sometimes she sleeps until 6:45. She complained a lot and the service was terrible. Right now I have no interest going back to that particular Waffle House. The staff is a big part of why people keep coming back.
The people who work in this place are very friendly but there is a very strong smell of drainage and it comes from the pipes in the bathroom the bathrooms are very old I think they should work on that, like I said the employees are very friendly
