The sausage has changed, the gravy is watery, and to make matters worse, they hardly give you any gravy in the bowl. The biscuit just absorbs all the gravy, making it difficult to eat. I really wish Wawa would revert to the old recipe. I used to buy it every morning at 5 AM back then. The sausage used to be finely chopped, but now it’s in chunks.
I wanted to give a shout out to sunny who works at this Wawa, and has been there for as long as I can remember. Rarely have I met someone who goes the extra mile like sunny does and he deserves recognition for his cheerful attitude and hard work. Oh and Rajesh; always makes my creamies the right way. Thanks!
It's getting worse and worse when you order something it doesn't even resemble the picture what you using to buy from. This will probably my last stop at wawa. The reason I ordered the sandwich is cause it looked good in the picture it's barely got any meat whatsoever, Better off just going to a local deli
I’ve had an ongoing issue with my orders being incorrect at this restaurant. Sonny, one of the cashiers, has messed up my order five times in the last six months, even with simple requests. During my last visit, I called to address the mistake and spoke with the manager, Erin (or Erinie). She offered me a gift certificate, which I turned down because what I really want is for my order to be correct without having to drive back. I also noticed the manager joking with the employee as I was leaving, which added to my frustration. I can understand an occasional mistake, but five errors is simply unacceptable.
It's a great spot for food and refueling. The staff is friendly, and now that the Tesla charging stations are available, you'll soon be able to charge electric vehicles here too!
