Contribuisci feedbackWent to the drive thru with only 2 cars in front of me . Waited 5 mins for the first car to place their order because no one was taking the orders . Finally after getting my order taken which was a bacon , egg, and cheese combination on a biscuit , my order was given to me . After arriving at my destination I opened my bag. Instead of a biscuit they put my BEC on one of their sandwich rolls. At no time did they let me know they might have been out of biscuits . The sandwich was deplorable. They should let you know when they are out of a product. Especially since they are well known for their biscuits, this is not the first time I have had this happen. Seriously debating even going back there again. Very dissatisfied with the service I received.
This place is falling apart. Absolutely zero service or care about customers. Got home and had a 2, 4 piece supremes (ordered 5 piece supremes), sweet tea with ice (asked for unsweetened with no ice), and had to wait 17 minutes for a bo berry.
