The manager for this store is absolutely illogical and should be removed from his role. Best location but horrible customer service because of this mean manager). Please at least train him to respond professionally.

I have cancelled my membership due to auto renewal being placed on my account without my permission or knowledge. I didn’t use my membership at all during the fraudulent process. They refused to give a refund so I’m out $40. Bye bye.

Hope the customers never have to deal with team lead Nathan over in meat dept. He was my team lead in a previous store and as he said it to me “he doesn’t make special orders for any of the members” but they sure made special orders with people him and his own manager knew well. Not a friendly team lead, hope no one has to deal with this guy like I did for the year I worked with him.
