Starbucks - Chesterfield

This was a completely different and unusual experience at Dieucks. It appears that the staff is not well trained and may be outsourced. They didn't have any of the three food or snack options I requested, and it took some time to communicate my drink order, even though it was a simple and light selection. Nonetheless, overall, the staff was friendly and helpful.

I genuinely feel sorry for these workers. They don't have all the bells and whistles of a full Starbucks. It's not their fault. The sandwich I wanted wasn't available, even tho it was in the window, and my fiance's drip coffee was lukewarm. If you're going to call yourself a Starbucks, it'd be good to make sure your shop actually functions like one.
