Wendy's - Chesterfield

I am unable to provide a rating for the food as I did not receive any. Upon entering the restaurant, there were 6-7 people in line with only one employee behind the counter who was not taking orders. A customer loudly complained, indicating that this had been an ongoing issue. After waiting five to ten minutes and seeing another customer leave, I decided to leave as well. This was the worst service I have ever experienced, with the line not moving at all. It appears that the restaurant was understaffed, which is unacceptable during lunch hour. Service: 1/5

Wendy's quality has declined. It is not much better than McDonald's now.
