Tropical Smoothie Cafe

Asked for no tomato on a super green cesar wrap 3 different times and 3 times it came with tomato.

The girl Caitlin that works there was using chemicals wiping out an area where food containers were. She was asked to make the smoothies and proceeded to not wear gloves and then touch the bananas with her chemical filled hands. Disgusting and unsanitary as well as cross contamination as well. This place needs to train their employees better. I see servsafe certificates up on the wall but her name isn't on there. The health department needs to investigate.

The first time ever earing there. Service was good. Chicken Chipotle Flatbread was really good. I loved the flatbread. Mango smoothie was really good too.

If I could give No stars I would the cashier sage was very rude and unprofessional I asked a question she went to on to roll her eyes walk behind the wall and talked mess with another coworker…. Once she got to the manager Stacy she rolled her eyes and gave nasty body language and told her she’s not in the mood…. This is not the first bad experience I have had at this location so this time I asked for the franchise owners information Stacy proceeded to tell me I’m not giving out Matles information this place is awful the last time I was here they haven’t cleaned the front or back area they were also handling food without gloves never again will I spend money with this particular franchise

They're really fast, despite being continuous ly busy. The food is so fresh. They have a Thai chicken salad and wrap that makes it easy to eat healthier.
