Hardee’s - Chesterfield County

Parties is a good fast food restaurant off of the interstate in Dinwiddie County. They serve delicious biscuits and gravy. They also have hamburgers, chicken sandwiches, fried chicken, and much more. You can dine in and the restaurant is very clean. The cashiers are very helpful and friendly. I recommend this Hardee's.

Very bad service and slowness on the part of the employees

I’m sorry, but I just can’t come here anymore. Even with no customers inside or at the drive-through, I am consistently asked to pull ahead after paying for my food. You would think they asked me to wait because they were making fresh food. Definitely not the case. The burger I got today was the last straw. The bun was chewy and burnt at the same time. The ketchup tasted like barbecue sauce and there was way too much of it. The two beef patties were crispy on the edges and dry on the inside. My Sprite even tasted like cardboard.I have given this location several chances, hoping that a staff change had occurred and it improved. I will not try it again.

Service here is horrible. Spent 15 minutes waiting in the drive thru line with only 2 cars in front of me. Then another 15 to 20 minutes waiting in the parking lot for my food. All I ordered was 2 biscuits and gravy, 3 hashbrowns and a sandwich. They charged me for 3 hashbrowns but I only got one after waiting all that time. The employee's here don't seem to care about customer service, speed or accuracy. Been to this location multiple times in the past and service is always bad. Will never be coming back to this location.
