Vocelli Pizza - Chesterfield County

I've got to give this store a solid 4 stars because of how they made good on an error. I think the guy on the phone helping me fix the problems after I picked up was Evan, very helpful. The woman working when I picked up last night seemed a little unnecessarily terse and non-customer oriented (until she saw I had left a $5 tip on my prepaid online pickup order).Ordered 2 pizzas and a couple apps online for pickup. Got them home, and they were the wrong 2 pizzas. Called, and the customer on the other side of the mixup had also apparently just called them. Asked for a remake to be delivered, and he deferred to someone in the background if they could deliver the remake. Whoever the numbskull was in the background said no, so I reminded them I picked up the original order myself in the first place and left a tip sight unseen. That became a yes very quickly, thanks to who I think was Evan being the reasonable intermediary on the phone. In the meantime, I got a notice of another charge on my credit card, so I logged in to see they had refunded my original purchase and recharged for about $1 less. I called for an explanation, and they (I think Evan again) readily provided a concise explanation that it was a workaround to offset the delivery fee for setting the remake to delivery since I had originally picked up. Remade pizzas arrived in 30 minutes piping hot in the next size larger than I had ordered with a very friendly delivery driver. Good job on the resolution and we will order again.We had ordered years ago and enjoyed their pizzas. For some reason they had dropped off the radar but we will be ordering more often. Top notch of the franchise/chain pizza joints with regard to overall food quality.

Went to pick up 2 pizzas for the free pizza Wednesday buy one get one deal. Then was told my order didn't qualify because one pizza was on special. Instead of charging me full price for the pizza on special and giving me the other one for free they chose to give me the lesser deal of only about 10$ off if this is how they do business i won't be ordering from them again. Pizza was good however.

We get pizza delivered from here typically once a month. And usually the pizza and service are great. Tonight, the wait was an hour and a half which is completely understandable because it 's Friday. So we wait for our pizza and hear the knock on the door. In the time it takes me to get off of my couch put my dog outside so he doesn 't bark the pizza gets dropped on my porch and the delivery driver is GONE from my driveway. I 'm talking 90 seconds TOPS I can appreciate them wanting no contact but I didn 't ask for that AND they forgot the 2L of soda I paid extra for because my kids wanted a treat. So I immediately call the store the person taking orders says, right now our delivery times are running 90 minutes . Well, I bet you the person that delivered my pizza isn 't even out of my neighborhood yet, so could you maybe get them to turn around since it was their mistake I already waited my 90 minutes? No, that 's not possible . I ask to speak to someone else she assures me that she 'll call the driver have them turn around. And here I sit an hour later with no 2L. Call me petty, but they seriously lost any future business of mine because of some Sierra mist. I can absolutely appreciate that people in the service industries are struggling right now and it 's hard to find enough help, but it 's really crummy to be dishonest with a customer when they have tried to be reasonable tipped the driver 20% even when they didn 't get it right. Lesson learned!

I have never had a bad meal here. I enjoy their pizza a lot and coming from Chicago that should mean something. They don’t skimp on toppings and the ingredients have a lot of flavor

The pizza is good they have some fun combinations. The staff is nice.
