Harvey's - Chestermere

We've been a couple times. The last visit was the cleanest the restaurant has ever been which was a nice change. We based our decision to eat in how clean it was. The staff were all friendly and seemed focused on their jobs at hand rather then socializing which was a nice change. Wait time was good. I wonder if they have new management? Change was all for the good since last visit.

I have been to this location a few times and have always been happy with the service and quality of the food. The servers are happy and greet you warmly. The food comes out quick and is of a consistent high quality for a Harveys.

Can exchange fries for onion rings (no price difference), veggie burgers are good and the same price as meat burger, staff and service is improving since we first visited, we are now a semi regular customer. They have lots of discount coupons that are given out and honoured (not like some of their competition)

We waited about 20 mins for a burger and poutine. The staff seemed unsure of their jobs and were all over the place. As we watched the chaos behind the counter we began to wish we'd gone somewhere else. Customers were helping the staff put the right orders together. The "burger" they were putting in our bag was pulled pork. We caught the error (not them) and asked for the burger we ordered. After a total of 30 mins we got back in the vehicle only to find the burger almost inedible. The toppings were put on so heavy that the bun was soggy and the burger gross. My husband had a few bites and through it in the garbage. They would have made him a new one but we wanted to leave and never come back. The poutine was pretty good for a fast food chain.

Big improvement since last visit, much cleaner, staff more attentive, one of the very few fast food places that caters to vegetarians. I actually find the vegetarian burger better than the meat burger (I am not vegetarian) onion rings very good and one has their choice of burger toppings
