Every time I come here the food is amazing. Always consistent and hot. The owner is always friendly and tries to keep you happy. Great little place
We ordered takeout from here as its in our way home .... Standard order of 2 Satay Pho's one Beef & one Chicken. One of the worst Pho's we have ever had. The Chicken was rubber & the Pho lacked flavour. I had asked the gentleman to make it spicy so he packed extra Satay Sauce, which lacked flavour as well. The best thing about the Pho was the boiled vermicelli :( You would think considering the name started with Pho they would get it right ....We ended up flushing the Pho down the toilet... What a waste of $$$$Never ordering or going back to this place.
This restaurant had a steady flow of people coming for take out. They have no kids menu, or infant/toddler changing area in the bathroom, however they do have high chairs. The service was friendly but slow. The meals came in only one size, and it is smaller than the average Vietnamese bowl. I ordered number 24, spring rolls and grilled pork on rice vermicelli. The bowl had a great deal of vermicelli in it, and I was quite full from it. The wontons tasted sweeter than average and the broth was nice.
Pho Lan is good, although they charge for some of the "extras" that usually come included (such as a spring roll cut up on Bún).
