Dunkin' - Chestertown

I ordered (2) of the $6 meals which came to $15+, instead of $12 plus tax. Waited 15 minutes and got the 2 sandwiches on untoasted bagels. The hashbrowns were nowhere in sight. Somehow because I requested the sandwich without the bacon it changed the whole deal. The week before that the bread on my turkey sausage egg and cheese was badly burned. Of course, the burned side was placed down. I had to peel away more than half of the sandwich. Where is the integrity? You could have just toasted another McMuffin.

The service here was friendly but the croissant i received for my breakfast sandwhich was burnt. Also no matter how many times I try, no matter the location, the coffee always taste burnt to me. ?

The staff was extremely rude during my visit. I was met with a dismissive greeting and felt like I was bothering them. My order was incorrect, and when I asked simple questions about my gift card, I was met with a very unhelpful attitude. The food itself was either overcooked or undercooked. Customer service is very important to me, so I won't be coming back or recommending this place.

I placed my order through the app, but when I arrived at the empty restaurant just 10 minutes later, they hadn't even begun preparing my drink order.

Paid $10 for my order and asked for an extra glass of water for my daughter, they wanted to charge me for it. Charging for tap water? !!! Dunkin, do better!
