Nice staff with a regular Dunkin menu that is fine. The best of it is her antique sign. It can be a little busy during the morning rush and on Saturday when the peasant market happens, but the staff is really nice and a bit overworked) it is little strange that closes at 2:00.
Moved here from Philadelphia where the service is fast and if you don’t know what you want to order, they’re likely to yell at you to step out of the way so the next person can order. Maybe this store’s much slower pace of service is related to the small town feel but it could be better. The food and drinks are what you’d expect from a Dunkin’ but the customer service is a missed opportunity to create a connection that will keep bringing in locals and those who routinely visit this quaint small town.
This Dunkin' location tends to be a bit slow consistently. However, it remains a pleasant stop if you have the time to park and go inside, as there is no drive-thru. After five or six visits, I've consistently received good customer service and the quality coffee that I expect from Dunkin' Donuts.
The staff is friendly, and their products are fantastic. I absolutely love their dark roast hot coffee! If you haven't had the chance to try the maple glazed bacon, you're truly missing something special.
