I went and redeemed some points for free foodKid-friendliness: They have coloring books and crayons on the tables for the kids.

They never get my order correct and the employees are so rude and sometimes

The floors have food and trash all through out the restaurant. The person that waited on me wasn't a good listener. I think the Health Department would like to check this place out.

Over 25 min. wait for 1 meal, 30 cents increase, 2 out of 6 items missing and was about room temp. X regular costumer.

Idk if they hate their job, life, or both but they sound annoyed after everything you say, I just wanted a cheeseburger ffs edit wish I could rate 0 stars went back for a coke zero had a 12 minute ticket time with 2 cars in front of me. Why not pull them? I've been pulled at the same location for just a frappe and they ended up forgetting it and I had to go in after 18 minutes to remind them.
