Bertucci's West Roxbury - CHESTNUT HILL

Our host Ronni and server Sarah was awesome. I think the green peppers were too large in the sausage pasta. Should have been thinner strips to make it more palatable. It wasn’t plated well.

Food is consistently good, with gluten free options. However, service was extrememly slow at our last visit. We were eating light and quickly en route to a weekend getaway, so ordered just antipasto and salad, which was not served for minutes! I could see the two plates on the countr by the kitchen, but our server was mainly in the outdoor part of the restaurant, and we could not get her attention. Hopefully this was an outlier of staffing or a particular employee.

Have eaten here many times always fresh and delicious. restaurant is great and so are servers. best meat sauce around.

The food took a while to arrive and the after meal lattes took forever.

I am a big fan of Bertucci’s, made a reservation for on Mother’s Day, everything was great, but I ordered Chicken Piccata and got Chicken parm.
