Juice Press - CHESTNUT HILL

Unfortunately, negative customer service experiences tend to stick with you. For instance, I still remember how Yard House spilled water on my father without offering an apology, and the incident when someone associated with Sweet Waffle Boba was disrespectful. That said, I wouldn't recommend Juice Press for a cup of ice cream or a cold drink, as it seems to be an inconvenience for them. When I ordered an ice cream drink this afternoon, the staff member wasn't pleased, and things only got more uncomfortable when I requested a cup of ice to help with my original order. His attitude towards me was off-putting, and I ultimately felt too uneasy to ask for my drink to be corrected after he reluctantly handed me a cup that was only a third full of ice.

I frequently order protein smoothies from Juice Press, and they are always ready at the promised time when I order online. Plus, they taste delicious every time!

Overpriced and not fresh! When I asked one of the Baristas whether everything is freshened, they explained that most of their ingredients are pulverized, including their raspberries marketed as fresh fruit. The almond milk is also powdered. I paid $15 for powder and frozen bananas. I glue you to a smaller local juice bar where ingredients are actually made fresh. Also wanted to buy some juice, but it expired until 3 days!. The young girl who took care of me was at least nice, but never again

I live in southern Massachusetts, but I have now made a point to stop at Juice Press in Chestnut Hill when I get in the area due to the quality of the product. I was presented to them by the Too Good To Go app. I buy a pocket bag of random products from their store and I was very satisfied and surprised by the quantity and quality of the goods I receive. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I will continue to support them!

I just had one of the most greatest experiences at the Juice Press in Chestnut Hill. I am still amazed and never mind employee of the year, I vote Michael as Human of year. I walked into the store and ordered a smoothie and when asked I told Michael to add the best protein you have because I am visiting my mom in a nursing home. Michael said to wait one second and handed me a bag filled with soup for my mom. I couldn?t have thanked him enough. A super human with kindness that the world needs more of.
