Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Today was the biggest disappointment in popeyes. Usually we look forward to the hot juicy tasty chicken. However when my husband came home there were 9 pieces of wings that were cold a nd puny. One breast dry. 2 thighs with hardly any meat. What is going on. We come there every time we get our monthly groceries. This was sad. I don't see us returning any time soon.

The slowest place in Murray. Took over 20 minutes to get my order and it wasn't busy at all. Too much talking.

Has anyone else in Murray noticed the service and quality have degraded steadily since they opened?????? Tried again tonite. The service is abysmal. Clerk laughing uncontrollably and couldn’t confirm what we were ordering. Weird. No wonder we were the only ones in the store at dinner time. Hire some adults!

Since opening, chicken taste has changed and not always hot. Biscuits seem to have changed in taste Aldo. Great at first, now not so sure.

They let truck driers walk thru the drive thru when lobby is closed!Thank you Kevin Kelly !
