Olive Garden Italian - Cheyenne

With my 11-year-old enkelin flew to lunch in the olive garden. they accused me at $25.00. they have accused me for the salat she had. (she had spaghetti with meat sauce the salat should have been free, but loaded as suppe and salat. charged for dinner price suppe and salat I chose not the lunch price. they accused me of a bardrink I didn't have. they also blamed me for what we didn't do. my granddaughter felt sick before swimming, so we went early and took our food. I looked at the bill after I got it home and thought how sad it is now days, each over charge, expects a big tipp, even if you just picked up. (I always tap big). then give you funny looks because they wanted more. how sad the society has become.

Greeting/seating staff is not qualified for protective cartridges with impediments. my mother needed help to get in. 2 workers outside, 4 inside, and none of them held the doors, and when we sat, the young lady who sat on us wanted to bring us to a table. I asked to sit the table closest to us, obviously everyone could see that my mother was restless. our waiter, jordan, however, was very tailored to our meal needs. thanks, jordan!

As always I enjoyed my unlimited suppensalat and brotsticks experience in the olive garden. we had a large reserve table for our whole family of over 9 people and we were very well treated by sydney.

The restaurant was dirty and the staff was very unprofessional. was very common and very pale. glass on tables. bathroom seemed not cleaned. paper cloth and urine on the etagen. I watched a manager who asked customers to complain in business as they did not want to speak to themselves. food quality was bad and not according to the expected and other olive garden standards.

Haven't been in Olive Garden in a very long time! Just didn't work out, stopped for lunch was well worth the stop! The waitress was very kind and attentive, checked on us several times to ensue that if we needed anything she would take care of it! Good was way good, i should slow down now often and enjoy! Will go back just hope it's not so long in between visits.
