Nuan Cafe Bistro - Chiang Mai

[April 2023] It's a low key bungalow cafe combined with Airbnb stays. We went there 2 times for 2 consecutive days. I'm unsure if they have good crowds or choices are limited. The cakes and either sold out or left 1 option to choose from. Custard caramel: just average. Not as smooth as I expected. A little foamy and rough texture on top. The eggy taste is quite decent. Dutch cocoa: light hint of cocoa. And more milky ratio. Can see a light oily layering on that. The cocoa residue subside fast at the bottom. They didn't provide spoon or stirrer for it.

Whoaaa. This place is too good to be true. We couldn't even pause eating to take a photo. Cheesecake has very milky flavor and great texture. Coffee and banana pie are great too.

One of the best mocha’s I’ve ever had and very reasonably priced. The peach soda is also great. The atmosphere is very relaxed and great if you want to escape the busier parts of Old Town.

Came in Nov 2022, it is a quiet and cozy cafe in a busy district. Nice “banoffee”cake and coffee :
