I had been eager to try the fully plant-based HEBE ice-cream for a while and was delighted to find that this place is the exclusive vendor for the brand in Chiang Mai. The owner, who is a vegetarian, has made sure to offer vegetarian meals with tofu at the café on the property. His vision is to establish an outdoor community space and he is currently working on building a bouldering gym for kids. There are already various play areas for children, including a sandpit, climbing frame, and trampoline. The restaurant is conveniently located at the beginning of cycling trails and even has a bike shop on site.
