Forgot. The food took a while to arrive and the second dish after we had finished the first (good work sharing all our foods). The employees did not seem to like their jobs all this very
Beautiful place, good location for people watching next to bus terminal; . Friendly staff. Good food, many options, also for drinks. The coffee wasn't so good, but they have a cooldown that's quite rare here. Omnivore
Nothing will blow you away. The decor is a little inspiring, the staff is just about friendly enough, and the food is good, but nothing to write at home. So it is a safe option that has two sides of vegetarian options that contain many vegan options.
The restaurant is decorated with past reviews and the food is okay, but I have had better food at non-vegan/vegetarian restaurants when trying to veganize a dish. The pad thai was orange in color and came with a tomato, lime wedge, and a small portion of bean sprouts. There were no peanuts or chili included, and the noodles were clumped together. The Thai tea ice cream with coconut milk was refreshing in the hot weather. It's good to know that vegan options are available here, but I don't think I would return for dinner.
We arrived really late at Chiang Rai and needed something to eat before everything closed (still not getting used to Thai time schedule). We found this place that really surprised us, as it had 2 whole pages for vegetarian/vegan food. The portion are a little bit bigger than we had earlier in Bangkok, but certainly not so big as we could have had in a local market. A pro, however, is that you have the certainty that this place is always open. The food we ordered was good, we even took a take away order for dinner. Average price, not so cheap.
