Good Som Tam and juicy grilled pig. Plum sauce was so good.

Nice mom and pop restaurant. Somewhat limited menu. They have menus in both Thai and English. Ordered the spicy pad thai and spicy papaya salad. Neither were spicy to me which isn't a big deal. The pad Thai was average for Thailand. The papaya salad was very good. Not an overwhelmingly powerful fish sauce flavor.

Nice, simple, convenient. Serves many dishes both Thai and Western cuisine. Recommended.

I know I'm a visitor in Thailand, but if places have two different menus, one for tourists and one for Thais it's a bit out, especially when you see that different dishes are served. My food was good, like everyone else. I go back when the rest of the menu looked attractive. The service was fast. My server was a pleasant older woman who smiled a lot. I've been around Chiang Rai for about a month. I tend to eat here every other day. The hot dishes and Thai salads are made upon order. I fell for the Papaya Salad as I made it custom now.
