We decided to try this restaurant based on our positive experience at the Amos location, where we enjoyed good service and food. Unfortunately, our visit here was a completely different story. We ordered the half chicken with two breasts, which we learned is only available on the English menu (there are separate listings for half chickens with thighs and with breasts and a rack of ribs). After waiting over 30 minutes, we were told our order would be ready in 2 minutes, only to receive the wrong dish - a quarter chicken instead of the half chicken we had ordered. When we tried to address the issue, we were ignored and dismissed. We were extremely disappointed with the poor service and will not be returning. The prices are also exorbitant for the portion sizes. The manager displayed terrible customer service skills and even declared that she was glad we would never return. Such behavior is unacceptable and she should be removed from her position immediately.
"The food here is excellent, especially the breakfast options. The menus are available in English, which is great. The restaurant is always busy, but that just speaks to how good the food is. It would be nice if they served breakfast for a longer period of time for those who like to sleep in. Overall, I would highly recommend this place to anyone."
Roasted chicken, fries, coleslaw. Excellent quality and value. Did go back a second time for ribs and chicken. Will definitely go back if I'm up that way again!
The chicken was decent, but the waitress inquired about adding a tip of either 15%, 18%, or 20%. I found this question invasive and replied that I would handle the tip myself at the terminal. She insisted it was due to Covid, but I believe it was just a tactic to pressure customers.
