Madison Tavern is everything one can ask for in a neighborhood favorite! Delicious and juicy house-made burgers, terrific and tasty tacos (my favorite on Tuesdays! , fresh salads, and plenty of app choices to share or to make a meal out of ifinterested. Great place for an after-work cocktail or tap beer too!

The service at this restaurant was extremely slow. We had to seat ourselves and waited 15 minutes for a waiter to come to our table. It took over an hour for our food to be delivered, and we had to wait 45 minutes between drink refills. They also tried to force a 20% tip on us because of the size of our party, but we were able to have that removed due to the poor service. Additionally, my burger came with only about 10 fries. Despite the good food, I won't be returning to this restaurant anytime soon. The service and staffing are just too terrible.
