The food were either too salty or too sour and none of them were hot or warm, not even the fried food. We specifically chose the restaurant to celebrate the new year, and we were so disappointed. Can't believe this was what we got, especually from tge Adorn restaurant.
Signed up for the NYE seven course meal at $225 per person plus tax, tip and drinks. When it was over it was $375 per person and the courses were not really courses, they were small bites. I'd take half as many courses with real portions. Would have been nice to have seen the menu in advance. Never would have signed up for that,so our mistake for not getting all the info up front. Great little jazz band was playing in the lobby which we could have enjoyed by just having drinks at the bar and saved a lot of money. The room is beautiful and elegant but won't be back next year except for maybe the bar and the band.
Our visit to this restaurant, intended to celebrate our son's 9th birthday and embrace the New Year's Eve with our family, was clouded by a sequence of disappointing events. Initially, we were directed to the 4 Seasons Hotel lobby couches due to an impending arrival of tasting menu guests, what would allow us only a 45-minute dining slot even though we had reservations for the main dining room table for 2 hours that were made a week ago. When we objected, they reluctantly seated us at a main dining room table. The waiter painfully uncomfortably was trying to hurry us along. However, our hopes were dashed when we were handed a notably restricted bar menu not a full dinner menu. We ended up walking out and going to Fig and Olive, having a great time! Super disappointed with our first and last experience with Adorn!
It's a beautiful hotel restaurant. Nice people to serve very friendly. Breakfast foods are overall good but not as great as the fame of the Four Seasons Hotel. French toast and King crab egg benedict are excellent.
We enjoyed the Christmas evening buffet. The food was all very good, with some nice special touches, but it lacked a wow factor that would have made us think the price was totally worth it. The room was also overly lit.
