The last time I visited here though on 6/11/19 I ended up getting violently sick a few hours after eating their Thai Peanut Chicken salad for lunch. Was out forapproximately 4 days so I suspect something was tainted in one of the ingredients or there were some unsanitarypreparation/handling practices from their made to order station. Will never visit this place again to avoid an episode like thatin the future.
The staff is incredibly friendly, and the service is prompt and efficient. The soups they offer are excellent.
The Twitter team was very responsive, and my next visit was fantastic!
I've typically enjoyed breakfast and coffee here, but today was the worst experience I've ever had. I asked if the latte machine was working since it can be unreliable. The cashier said yes, and the manager was standing right next to her. I haven't been here in a while, so I asked for a latte. Instead, I was told that I needed to get a cup of ice and bring it back, and that this isn't Starbucks. That was incredibly rude! I'm a Swedish employee, and this is how you treat customers? Unacceptable! I will never return.
The food here is great, and I really enjoy this place. However, they forgot 10 lunch boxes for a team meeting, which brought down the energy a bit. I recommend that they pay more attention to detail. Despite this issue, I’ll continue to order food from here because the quality is excellent, but the service could definitely be improved.
