Don’t sleep on this place! The carnitas are absolutely top-notch. Each bite is incredibly soft and buttery, and don’t forget to add some pork belly to the mix (chef's kiss)! You can dine in or take out a couple of pounds, but definitely grab a pack of their handmade tortillas while they’re still piping hot. They really elevate the taco experience. The chicharrón has a delightful crispy texture, and I even took a pound home to enjoy with some salsa verde (another chef's kiss!). The atmosphere is very family-friendly, with great service to match. Street parking is available, too. I highly recommend this spot for your next gathering!

The carnitas are fantastic, and the barbacoa tacos are incredible. Their gorditas de chicharron are also top-notch. However, the aguas are much too sweet for my taste. I visited with coworkers, and we tried the Horchata and Guayaba, but none of us could finish our drinks. We attempted to dilute them with water, but that only diminished the flavor. It’s a shame because I know they make the aguas from scratch. The Chiles Rellenos were decent, but they included the seeds and inner membranes, which I personally find unappealing. The service left much to be desired. Although our food arrived quickly, we felt overlooked afterward. We needed napkins, extra water, and silverware, but it took a while for anyone to check on us. Eventually, we had to find our own takeout containers since our lunch break was ending. Additionally, they impose an extra charge for credit card payments and prefer cash.

Great Carnitas, friendly people. Lots of customers.Went there with my friends as a group, they tried it for the first time and liked it a lot. Just a bit of a wait, better for take out if time is a concern when you go in a 5+ group.
