Chicago's Pizza

On a positive note, the delivery guy was incredibly sweet and understanding, and he handled the situation well despite the mix-up. My parents are loyal customers who love the pizza here, but it's clear that the other staff could benefit from some customer service training (I have seven years of experience in that area myself). I initially rated the experience one star, but I’ve bumped it up to three because the delivery guy really salvaged the situation. It’s just unfortunate that the overall experience was so ridiculous.

The food is fresh and delicious. The delivery is quick, and they keep you updated with status messages.

Such an amazing experience with My kiddos. When we arrived our pizza was delivered to our table. As a momma of 3 young kiddos it definitely helps to cut the waiting time. Jackie was so friendly and accommodating. Love this location and staff. The wings are amazing!!

We had the Special Deep Dish Stuffed Pizza and it was amazing!! I specially loved the tomato sauce flavor. So happy with my pizza, will definitely order again!
