Unfortunately, this experience didn't meet the usual Chick-fil-A standards. I'm glad to see a location in downtown, as I support the brand, but perhaps some retraining is needed. They also got my order wrong.

The chicken is meh... better with the sauce. Any sauce. My kid was harsher. Disgusting was his adjective...
