Chipotle Mexican Grill - Chicago

Anyway, I ordered this to be loaded. hard, overcooked rice, dirty, carburized steak. everything was just terrible. what a waste of money.

Out if not only CHEESE but also CHIPS so many employees yet not much going on at all... i don't hold my standards high for chipotle but a team of kindergarteners would probably be more helpful ...as someone who also works in service I try to be understanding but this was just the worst experience ever with the rudest staff

This location is a disgrace to the chipotle franchise. Awful food quality and the rudest employees ever. I'd be genuinely disappointed if I was the franchisee of this store.

This chipotle is honest to god an embarrassment. They force you to give at least 1 star but that's being generous. Literally drive to a different location I promise you

I think this might be a counterfeit chipotle lol they didn’t have salt or lime. My bowl tasted like water.
