Domino's Pizza - Chicago

After waiting 20 minutes for our order, we decided to call the restaurant to confirm they received it. The manager, who was the only one working, was exceptionally polite and well-mannered. He informed us that he was waiting for the driver to ensure our pizzas arrived hot and fresh. The manager went above and beyond to make sure our order was prepared properly. Excellent job! This man deserves a raise.

I tried calling several times, but they hung up on me twice. I ordered two medium pizzas with three toppings each for $10.99, but when I specifically asked for just pepperoni, I ended up with two regular pepperoni pizzas without any extra toppings. Despite this, I must admit that the pizza was still tasty. However, the customer service definitely needs some work. I will probably have to go to a different location in Imperial Beach to get Domino's pizza in the future.
