Domino's Pizza - Chicago

Take your chances with the other Domino's locations. Randy really needs to improve his customer service. I've now been contacted by the delivery driver after I had to leave my food on a dirty public floor! The order was marked as completed, so there shouldn’t be any reason for them to reach out to me!

I love it here. the people in dominos are always happy to see me and welcome me with names. not to mention that they make a bomb pizza for super cheap.

Fair prices for excellent and very fresh fish plus vegan options that make it fun for everyone.

If I could choose zero stars, I would. I know location close to college campuses tend to suck, but considering that this is a pretty wealthier area around it I'm shocked. this is the second night in a series that I ordered food for visitors who arrived late in the city and dominos is the only place open and they wouldn't even eat it. eating not only comes cold, but also not in an edible condition.

The person preparing my order declined to read a single request (meaning toppings I paid for), sent burnt food, neglected to include sides I paid for, and when I called to request a refund, he told me it wasn’t a big deal because it was “just one pizza”. Well, that pizza was for a specific 7 yo and that meant she did not eat because the pizza wasn’t right. Even if that wasn’t the case, he had the audacity to brush me off after lazily sending out an incomplete, burnt food order. Never using this location again and generally order weekly.
