Fatpour Tap Works - Chicago

Fatpour is the go-to place for my friends and me when we can't agree on where to eat. It's solid but not exceptional, likely because it aims to cater to a variety of tastes. It's a great sports bar with pub trivia and plays good music when there aren’t any games on. The food is decent, with plenty of gluten-free options available. Plus, in the summer, they welcome dogs on their outdoor patio, which is a nice touch.

This is a fantastic place to grab some food and drinks while catching a game. There are plenty of TVs around the bar showing various sports events. We started with the loaded fries, which were excellent, and we absolutely loved the cookie skillet for dessert. Most of our group ordered different versions of a chicken sandwich, and the flavors were delicious. The service was also outstanding, with friendly and attentive staff!

I?ve never had a bad experience. Staff is super friendly. I only come during brunch and early evening hours, so I can?t speak on how it is when it?s packed. Try the Southern salad with crispy chicken bites. Best Mexican salad ever!

I've been here a few times and I was very pleased with the food and service. Today 5/11/22 I decided to go out for dinner. We sat outside our waitress was Raquel, I always try to understand them because I know its a stressful job. Yet Raquel went out ofher way to make this a horrible experience. She never smiled not once she never introduced herself. Water was never brought tous until 40 minutes after we had been sitting. Our whole ordering experience took forever. We ordered desert which we neverreceived so we just asked for the check. When she gave us the check she threw it on the table. I always tip 20 or 25% but I onlytipped her 10% and she is lucky I even tipped this was the worst service I've ever received also my food was incorrect and Ididn't make a fuss

We live in the area and have visited this restaurant a couple of times. Unfortunately, this morning my sister and her friend were carjacked at gunpoint, and they were craving wings and a burger. I brought them here, expecting to receive the same good service we had experienced before, but our server was very rude. She didn't smile at all. Since my sister hadn't eaten all morning, we were ready to order, but we had to wait over 15 minutes after being seated. I asked for another server, but he was no better—he messed up our order and was inattentive. The food runner was rude as well. When we asked him for hot sauce since our server wasn't around, he harshly told us to ask our server instead. To make matters worse, the food runner brought us four burgers when we had only ordered two, and he gave us attitude when we pointed that out. It's such a shame because the food is good, and I thought bringing my sister here would lift her spirits after the morning she had. Unfortunately, the customer service was very disappointing today, and I can no longer recommend this place.
