Firewater Saloon Edison Park - Chicago

The omelet was packed with peppers, jalapeños, bacon, sausage, and ham, all topped with country gravy. It was very hearty, had just the right amount of spice, and paired well with the country potatoes. I also enjoyed a side of toast with homemade raspberry jelly. The cocktail was refreshing with a nice punch to it. Our server, Morgan, was friendly and attentive, making the dining experience even better. I definitely plan to return, and I hope to catch a country band performing there sometime in the future. Overall, I’d rate this place a solid 9 out of 10!

This restaurant was incredible! Everything was homemade, and the atmosphere was so much fun. It combines a country vibe with a Chicagoland twist, including live performances on stage. The food is perfect for eating with your hands, but it definitely surpasses typical "bar food." The menu is thoughtfully crafted, offering a delightful range from breakfast to dinner. It’s absolutely worth the visit!

The dining area is nice and clean, offering good service and a great selection of beer. The pub food is quite tasty; I tried the Cheesy Pork Fries, and they were fantastic. It’s a fun family atmosphere with sports playing on the TVs. Just one thing to keep in mind: they only play country music, so be prepared for that.

Favorite place. came here almost every weekend when I was pregnant with my first baby. we moved to Europe and now we are back in IL, came here for the first time and it feels like home.

Country bar-theme with the industrial look to the establishment. Staff was professional and quick. Came in after bar hopping around the area. It is open later than other places in the downtown area on weekdays. Would come back if given the opportunity.
