Contribuisci feedbackThe Chinese food was subpar. The clams in black bean sauce were made with large mussels, many of which were broken and lacked flavor. The sweet steamed beans we ordered as an appetizer arrived only at the end of the meal. I would recommend avoiding this restaurant.
Beautiful, non-pretentious restaurant with good service and great eating.
This is a fantastic spot to relax and enjoy a variety of dishes. Every time I visit Chicago, this is my go-to lunch place.
They informed me that they are not a member of OpenTable and would not honor my points, even though I made my reservation through the platform. That’s disappointing. I'd recommend not using OpenTable to make reservations here. The food was average—nothing exceptional.
So, we started going when it was still Ming, I believe they kept the same chef and the items seem to be the same, which is quite delicious. I do have one complaint, and that is that they don’t hav spicy Chinese mustard. I swear the mustard that was given to us was French’s mustard, which was very disappointing. French’s does not go well with egg rolls or anything Chinese for that matter.
