Hamburger Mary's Andersonville Brewing

I visited this restaurant with a group of 7-8 people. It was quite busy, but not overcrowded. The food was good, and we left feeling full, so that's definitely a positive. However, our waitress seemed a bit brusque with us, which I can understand to some extent given the situation. She was accommodating to our large group, but even when it's busy, there's no reason for staff to be rude to guests.

I stopped by for lunch and the food was quite good. We were the only customers at the time, but there were two sources of music playing loudly. We requested that the volume be turned down, and they were accommodating, which was appreciated. I had the Chicken Philly and a Chicken Salad Sandwich, both of which were tasty. However, the mac and cheese was a bit disappointing as it was separating and there was a puddle of oil in each bowl. It seems like they might be more focused on the weekend sports bar crowd, so lunch might not be their specialty. Nonetheless, the service was very pleasant.

Worst service I've had in my entire life. Spent 3+ hours there for the Bears game, and all the server did was take my food order and bring over 1 beer. Did not bring any water the entire time, did not come back for a 2nd beer order the entire time, did notbus table (I literally had to gather my groups empty plates and bring them up to the bar myself). I'd understand if it wasabsolutely packed, but there were empty table and other parties were getting noticeably upset as well. DO NOT GO HERE

Service was non-existent. Had to actually clear our own table and so did the party that was sitting next to us. It wasn?t crowded either, there just didn?t appear to be any wait staff. Never got asked if we wanted water/beer refills. Food was finebut not good enough to warrant a return visit.

Fantastic beer and delicious food! The bartenders are not only attentive but also a lot of fun, always bringing great energy. We love stopping by Anderson Brewing for a pregame celebration before heading to Cubs games. Every visit to Anderson Brewing and Hamburger Mary's is a wonderful experience!
