J J Fish Chicken - Chicago

This food was horrible. I ordered tilapia fish to be fried hard and it wasn’t all the way done. The fries weren’t all the way done either. Also the sauces were watery and didn’t taste right.

I would rate zero. Gonna serve me some cold food then act like I'm bothering them. The heck! Smart mouth.

The server was very rude when I approached her to place my order. She kept sweeping and cleaning as if she hadn't noticed me walking in. If she had indicated that they were closed, I wouldn't have bothered her. The staff didn't acknowledge my annoyance and it felt like a struggle to get their attention. In the end, they finally took my order, acting as if it wasn't obvious that I wanted to order. The server had a big nose and was wearing dark green glasses.

I ordered chicken and Italian barks at this restaurant, and both dishes smelled like raw, fresh meat. When I requested a refund, they refused to give me one.
