Absolutely terrible customer service! If you're not willing to work, maybe you should find a job better suited for you. Everything was a mess. They served me cold food after making me wait over 300 minutes. It was unacceptable to receive food that was already cold!

This place serves outstanding Middle Eastern food. The rice is cooked to perfection, the falafel is excellent, the hummus is top-notch, and the kefta wrap plate is a fantastic value. We'll definitely return. UPDATE: We've been back several times. The service is consistently great, and the chicken shawarma is some of the best I've ever tasted. All of the bowls offer great value as well. I can't recommend this place highly enough!

The food under the new management has transformed completely and tastes fantastic! The lamb chops and filet mignon are exceptional! The lemon mint drink is also very refreshing. The new service is outstanding and impeccable.

This is my coworkers I first time trying out this restaurant, food was great. However; we had an issue when placing our online order. We selected the chicken shwarma wrap- website says it includes fries and a drink. When we received the order, we did not get a meal and only one drink. We spoke to the receptionist and chef about this issue. After 10 mins on the phone I let it go and took it as a loss. They immediately called back- and remedied the situation. They dropped off 3 new meals at no charge (even tho price was not an issue). I appreciate their attentiveness to fix the issue and their quality of customer service. I hope the owner can fix their online ordering so others don’t have this issue and their staff can be properly informed on how to manage said issue.

I recently dined at Jerusalem Grill and had a fantastic experience, largely thanks to our server, Ahmed. His hospitality was exceptional; he made us feel welcomed and valued throughout our meal. I highly recommend visiting Jerusalem Grill and asking for Ahmed to make your meal even more enjoyable!
