Just Turkey - Chicago

I absolutely love this restaurant! It's important to support local businesses like this one. You can really feel the dedication they put into their products and service. They offer a great selection of turkey items. I tried the turkey tips, and they were fantastic! I also appreciate how clean the environment is, especially compared to most fast food places in the area. The friendly service is definitely a plus!

I wish we can do better in customer service. I walked in ordering a Chicago style Turkey polish, but I was greeted with a sarcastic comment from Jeremiah who seems to be the cook. I get it, we have jokes, I joke with random people here and there but this was a different type of joke. As I ordered my food, Jeremiah was cleaning so he had on plastic gloves that he never took off and washed his hands so he can put on new gloves before making my food. He said another smart comment as he turned to the young lady who took my order and start laughing then looked at me. I asked, what did you do with my food?!! The young lady responded with an attitude he didn 't do anything to your food, we have cameras everywhere so he didn 't do anything to your food we don 't play like that over here. After experience that, I told them they could keep my food and I walked out. I try to support US as much as I can, but customer service and clean etiquette is really major to me.

I was looking forward to eating turkey tips on my lunch and was really dissapointed that they were closed at 7:26pm when online and the post on the door states their open mon-sat 11am -11pm. Wasted my lunch time coming here. I asked the lady next door if she knew why they was closed and she said because it was to hot outside. I said REALLY she replied yeah you can do that when your the owner. This was my first and will be my last time coming to this location.

Please update your Google Business Profile to reflect your business hours. I love this food, and traveled from Matteson to grab Turkey Tips for my family only to find out you’re closed.

I’ve pretty much stopped eating out because the quality of food from restaurants (since Covid happened) has been terrible. However, I wanted some turkey tips and I didn’t feel like busting out a barbecue grill to cook my own, so I took a chance on just turkey, and I’m so glad that I did! Everything was delicious. I ordered a small turkey tip, and the sauce was right, fries were right, and the meat was cooked correctly (it wasn’t burnt or charred). I’m very happy with my purchase and I will be returning.Dietary restrictions: For those that don’t eat beef or pork, but still want to enjoy bbq.
