Kfc - Chicago

I had chicken that was understated in flavor, and I would like to express my concern that they need to pay more attention to food safety, as it could potentially make someone sick.

You're a good friend, but they always seem to mess up my order. Every time I go, there's an issue. This will be my last visit because it's just too frequent, even on slower days when I can understand if things get a bit hectic. It's frustrating that they can't seem to get it right consistently.

I stood at the drive-thru window and requested some utensils as well as hot sauce. Instead of handing them to me, the staff simply pushed the utensils across the counter, which was surprisingly clean. I asked for new ones, but their attitude was dismissive. They seemed to think I should be okay with the utensils on the counter, claiming they had plastic wrap on them. I insisted on getting fresh ones, and the staff member told me that if I didn’t want the ones offered, then she wouldn’t give me anything else. Another worker chimed in, saying I wouldn’t get anything, and that the manager would have to step in. I handed over my money and expected to receive the same level of service. I didn't catch the young lady's name, but she had a few small tattoos on her face—a face I won’t forget anytime soon.

This KFC is really disappointing; they never get the orders correct. I've paid for items I've ordered, but they're never included in the bag. I even reminded them at the window when I paid, but still nothing was done. This was the worst experience I've ever had with KFC, and if I could get a refund for my order today, I would. They deserve a zero-star rating from me.

My order was completed quickly and accurately, and the food was hot and tasty. However, there was a bit too much grease for my liking (even for fried chicken), so I’m giving it 4 stars overall.
