We decided to sit on the patio area which was a nice setting that had a TV, candles lite and a good atmosphere. The service was prompt and friendly. The drink that I had was a pear margarita and it was tasty. We decided to split a meal of the fried chicken sandwich with fries as a side. The food was yummy and we had no complaints. The bathrooms were clean. Overall, we would recommend this place for a it's drinks, food and atmosphere.
What a neighborhood gem! Lovely space with a nice covered side patio, impeccable service, and great Filipino fare! Order some lumpia to start and be sure to save room for the halo halo dessert.
I ordered kansi and it was super salty and the longganisa is weird. The portion is small for a price. then had Turon for dessert and its wrap like a Filipino egg roll. I was totally confused with the whole Filipino concept. The whole situation just throw me off guard. I would not recommend it. The food is not even alleviated.
My friends and I stopped by before market days. We loved the spacious outdoor seating area. The Kubo cocktail was very refreshing. We had the tuna ceviche, lumpia, fried shrimp, crab cakes which were all delicious. Can’t wait to come back and try more!
Kubo was fire! Our server guided us through the menu with expertise and provided us with clarity and comfortability! I’m no expert on Filipino cuisine, but the food was outstanding.
