Contribuisci feedbackI have been to my fair share of horrible McDonalds. This particular McDonalds isn't the worst one I've been to, but definitely has some serious flaws. First, the quantity and consistency of the food is poor and below typical McDonalds standards. For example, I have ordered the McRibb from here, and it was so dry to the point that it didn't even have any sauce. Also, I've ordered the Chocolatey Pretzel McFlurry from here. I enjoyed the flavors, but that I got wasn't a McFlurry. It was their soft-serve with a bit of chocolate and pretzels in a cup. It's like the staff was too lazy to actually make what I ordered or didn't have the heart to tell me the machine was broken. Second, the customer service is poor. On a recent trip, there were two cashiers behind the counter, but I was told to order using the touchscreens. However, all six touchscreens where out of order. Eventually, they took my order in person. Another time I was there, employees were coming from the back of the restaurant to deliver orders, but completely ignored the two customers waiting to order in person at the registers. It's like none of employees wanted to help anyone and actively avoided doing so. On yet another occasion, I wanted to substitute an ice coffee for a hot coffee in a breakfast combo. However, a staff member essentially told I couldn't do that even though I've done it at many time at other locations. Despite its many issues, there some positives. First, the interior is modern and newly redone. Second, the bathrooms are a decently clean. All in all, there are much better McDonalds in Chicago. This location should be avoided.
Absolutely the worst place to go for a cone. $2.54 and I got the worlds smallest cone. I was so mad I wanted to throw it back at the kid, but I threw it out the window instead and I'm not usually that kid of person but it has happened so many times at this location. It's like they don't train their employees. Just the worst.
This McDonald's on Lincoln and argyle Needs to be carefully reevaluated by the CEOs and company of McDonald's . It is unprofessional and I sadly can't even be able to switch the location on any of the apps like DoorDash customer service has claimed every time , also with ordering from GrubHub never allows you to change the location unless you want to pick up which is not, old. They need to close this. McDonald's or something else to make sure that their policy of the FDA and Food safety administration to check because multiple times even ordering the simplest things is not at all cooked I had spit out multiple food at times on different orders I don't have pictures of that I don't know I can't get my food at all warm when I live not even 5 block away from the place. My multiple times or I should say every time it's cold and as a past worker at McDonald's which cooked the fries I know how they cannot have any food be kept warm. Yet when I wanted to pick it after If Order they always make sure I need to get on the cta bus to pick up my food on Foster near the 3154 W Foster Ave, Chicago, IL 60625. Which is just a waste of my money and time . Since the apps always keep sending my orders to the McDonald's that I am always having issues that is 4844 N Lincoln Ave, Chicago, IL 60625.
It 's never a good sign when you place a drive thru order and are told park anywhere in the parking lot and wait for your order. I 'm avoiding this location from now on.
Waited 15 minutes on a mobile order. Kid behind counter was giving everyone attitude. Worst McDonald's experience ever. Manger was useless also. Avoid this location.
