It takes 15-25 minutes just to get some coffee. Employees can even prepare premade food correct.Food: 4/5
Y'all should get some new management I came in and ordered a quarter pounder jalapeno cheese and it took over an hour and they didn't even get my order I waited patiently because it.Food: 1/5
None of the kiosks were operational for placing orders, which resulted in the sole teenager at the counter having to handle all the walk-in orders. I usually prefer using the kiosks if I don’t order ahead. It also appeared that the kitchen was overwhelmed with the number of cars in the drive-thru line. This used to be a great McDonald’s for a quick breakfast before the pandemic.
Terrible experience. I waited in the drive-thru for 10 minutes, only to learn it would be another 10-minute wait because they were changing shifts. The management really needs to address their staff organization issues. They should coordinate shift changes more effectively so that it doesn’t lead to delays. It would also make sense to let go of employees who can’t show up on time. Very disappointing. Service: 1/5.
