Mcdonald's - Chicago

Great location. only problem order of Mac sauce was too much the cost .north page 30 cents and south side 1.10 a squirt.

I was on my way to a tournament in Niles for my 6 year old and chose to go to my local McDonald's. I ordered a biscuit with bacon and without cheese and a mcgriddle with a coffee. My son's sandwich had cheese and my coffee wasn't even hot and tasted like old coffee. It was 6 a.m and my son went to his tournament on an empty stomach and left me bitter without my morning coffee.

I have been to this establishment 3 times as an ubereats drivers. Twice I have cancelled the order for excessive wait Let me be clear....... I understand there will be a wait. What is not acceptable is if there are little to no customers and I am still waiting. Add also the fact that the ladies are just talking and laughing instead of providing a service. Those customers food will most definitely be cold. When you work a job, give attention to the customer, not the gossip of the hour.

I Get a frappe every time and they never fill it up to the top this is my second review with one star and they made it all messy they have us waiting 10 to 20 minutes and I ordered a sandwich and they only gave me one and I ordered two

Just stopped by for breakfast. Everything was undercooked. The drive through wasn’t even filled with cars so i don’t know what the rush was . This place has gotten worse over the years . Smh
