Mr Brown's Lounge - Chicago

Pretty good Jamaican food. Service was quite slow, with the bartender doing virtually everything. Ceaser salad, jerk chicken dinner with cabbage and ricepeas, Mac and cheese, was solid, however it could have been spicier

My husband and I went to Mr. Brown's Lounge to celebrate his birthday. We had a great time. The restaurant was very clean. Antoine did a great job taking care of us! The Jamaican food was awesome. The Lounge had live music. We had a great time!I suggest that everyone give Mr. Brown's Lounge a try!!!!!!!!!!

Enjoyed my visit there and the food was amazing, just would appreciate faster check service next time, took more than minutes to receive checks for my table

With a open table reservation, i arrived early to find NO ONE in the place. hmm. sit anywhere. did. waited. My lunch companion arrived and we looked at the menu small and varied! and saw a few of the same items on the lunch special menu. We each ordered a Veggie Wrap lavash, veggies, avocado and plantians yummy and comes with great fries. Eventually, others came all women and alls at at the bar. Perhaps it's busier in the evening; I hope so. It's a great location and should be having better luncheon traffic. Don't know why they DON'T and we'll definitely return. Sure made for a great private conversation venue! : GREAT variety of hot sauces from which to choose, by the way and nice bathrooms, too
